Commissioner of Social Services to implement a federal option that will allow
the Commissioner the ability to align the food stamp motor vehicle rule with
the less restrictive motor vehicle rule used in determining Care4Kids Program.
In essence, this Bill will effectively do
away with the motor vehicle asset rules for food stamp program. Thank you, Mr.
Speaker."
